Pancakes

How is your week going? I am hard at work writing away. I wish I had interesting things to tell you but really not much is happening. I made pancakes this morning for pancake day. (Is this a thing in countries other than the UK?) Not that I am religious, I just do really like pancakes. I had nutella and banana on one and lemon and sugar on another. They were (surprisingly) pretty good. I'm not the best chef, so I am always surprised when something I make turns out good!

Hope you are having a good week. I'm wondering if UK Lockdown will ever end!
